One dog owner thought that putting a lot of tennis balls into the swimming pool would thrill her fur babies. And she wasn’t wrong! The result would definitely put a smile on your face.
A birthday bash like no other for Hudson and his siblings
Fur mom Camille Griffith threw her Golden Retriever named Hudson a birthday party that he would never forget. In a TikTok video, Camille put countless tennis balls into the swimming pool. Once Hudson and his fellow Golden Retrievers saw them, they immediately launched themselves into the water to fetch and play with the green balls.
Camille documented her preparation for this backyard festivity in a separate TikTok video. Apparently, there were 200 tennis balls in the pool. While Camille’s plan was simple, it was evidently fantastic. Take a quick look at the fun clip below to see how the dogs enjoyed Hudson’s birthday party.
Hudson and the other Golden Retrievers also enjoyed a charcuterie board filled with dog-friendly goodies. They also had a dog-friendly cake.
In a follow-up TikTok clip, Camille explained that she ordered the fuzzy balls from a website selling used tennis balls. She added that she was planning to send them back so that others could use them again.
The TikTok users can’t get enough of Hudson’s cuteness
As of this writing, Hudson’s video has more than seven million views, over 600K likes, around 45K shares, and 5.4K comments.
One humorously wished that he would be reincarnated as a Golden Retriever living in a middle class home. Another said that Hudson’s birthday bash was the kind of party he’d leave the house for. A third TikTok user wished that he was invited to the party.
