Animals in need of help should be rescued as quickly as possible. This is very important especially when they are in precarious situations like being buried in snow during harsh weather.
This story describes a rescuer’s brave deed to save dogs that were in danger of freezing to death.
A Bulgarian animal rescuer learned that nine puppies were trapped in the middle of a snowy terrain. The area was along a highway, therefore it was likely that they were abandoned there. But that didn’t matter. What was important was that he saved the animals so he rushed to the location.
The puppies were first discovered by two residents of a flat nearby. However, these people were unable to bring the pups into their houses because dogs were not permitted. The wisest decision they could make was to ask for help, which they did.
With the assistance of the first responders, the rescue was made easier. With their familiarity with the first two responders, the puppies did not protest to being carried. The animals were then taken by the animal rescuer to an animal shelter where they were allowed to freely roam around and interact with other canines.
The rescuer of the puppy is the owner of the animal shelter where he brought the puppies. It is his life’s work to give shelter to puppies while they await adoption.
The rescuer enjoyed watching the puppies grow and learn to play throughout the process.
Three of the nine puppies were soon scheduled for adoption. Two of them moved to France, while the third traveled to Austria. Meanwhile, the remaining puppies traveled to Germany.
If the poor puppies had just been left in the snow for two more days, it is likely that they would have perished. The joint efforts of the rescuer and first responders made it feasible for the puppies to live a happy life.
